- Tip cleaner
- Wire brush
- Chip brush / Pot brush
- Crescent wrench
- Flathead screwdriver
- Scraper
- Manufacture-supplied multi-wrench
- Channel locks
The following PPE will be required:
- Hard Hat
- Safety Glasses
- Steel Toe Shoes/ Boots
- Respiratory Protection
- Tyvex / Coveralls
- Chemical resistant gloves
- Hearing Protection
Requirements
Requirements for this guideline include:
- Qualified Mandros Painting personnel
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Equipment Inspection
- PPE and Hazard Assessment
- Notification of all parties involved
Hazards
The following hazards may be present:
- High Pressure
- Spray / Splashing
- Injection
- Flammable/Combustible Material
- Chemical exposure
- Chemical reactions
- Flammable chemicals
